messages not loading

Is the message section down right now?

 

Mine is not loading for more than 24hrs now. I'm using Chrome, I cleared my cookies and cache and I already did the steps here https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211067758-Upwork-Messages-Connection-Troubleshooting

Hi Greta,

 

I replicated your issue and I was able to view the messages. There was a scheduled maintenance as of January 20, 2018, but everything is up and running now. You can view it on the Upwork Status page. Can you please try again using a different browser? Also, ensure that you have a stable connection. If you are still having trouble, please let us know.
