i feel bad i complete his work now he is unasnwered in fact gone from upwork and skype

You are wrong.

Clients are NOT required to respond to freelancers.

You do NOT need the client to respond.

As freelancers, we get paid AUTOMATICALLY when we use Upwork properly.

You already finished the work.

You already clicked the Submit Work / Request Payment button.

Just wait. You will be paid automatically.

Hi Harshadbhai,

If you have completed the work and submitted it then you will automatically be paid in 2 weeks if you do not refresh the submit button, even if your client has disappeared, because the money is held in Escrow at Upwork and Upwork will release the funds 14 days after you submitted the milestone.

The client may come back and release the funds themselves. Just wait for the 14 days to be up. Look for some new clients in the meantime.
