need help URGENT

I am on Upwork (oDesk) from 2012. I did great work. Right now I have 267 Reviews on my Profile. In 2019 I got a big client and a very big project. So in 2019, I stopped bidding on Projects and Started working on that project. 

But Now I want to come again to Upwork. I apply with Good Cover letters, But  no response. 

Even I waste all the connects. Jobs are taking 16 and +++ Connects. I have not purchased Premium Membership. Just using Basic one. 

I need suggestions, What to do that I can get clients like past. Please any help....
