not able to add certificate

i got a google ads shopping certification so i want to add it to my profile but when i visited the certificate section and select my certificate and follow the procedure to sign in on academy for ads but its shows this error ' Error 404 (O)Request ID: XkbyxKwdDvcAAFTh814AAAAP 'help me . What should i do?
