Hi, The payment is deducted from my account but I have not recieved the connects on upwork. I buy connects of 15 USD but it deducted 30 USD from my account and it's showing in my bank transaction history but I have not recieved any connects please tell me how I resolve this issue.

I've checked your account and can confirm that your purchased Connects have been added to your account accordingly. You can validate this by going to your Connects History page and selecting "Purchased" on the Connects type to narrow down the search. Here's a screenshot for your reference.
