ongoing contact

Dear Community,

I have an ongoing job with a very good client.
I submitted the first milestone and get paid.
My client asked for another video, funded the second milestone, unfortunately he is staying at the hospital after a car accident, he is recovering and can't record new videos soon.
Do I need to wait or end the contract and refund my client?

Thanks

Have you done the work for the second milestone?  If so, submit for payment.

If not, why do anything?

Did the client ASK for a refund?

The client did not provide the raw videos yet and his plans interrupted by the accident.
My client did not asked for anything but the contract on idle for a while.
Thats all
Thanks

How long has the contract been idle?

If you think the client will give you good feedback ask the client to end the contract.

Frankly it sounds like the whole accident thing is an excuse not to continue with the contract for some reason, so if you think there is any chance of poor feedback, just end the contract which will send the Escrow  funds back to the client.

In my opinion the client is being honest, I will ask him to end the contract any way.
Thanks for your kind replys.
