payment not processed

my payment not processed after upwork removed my card asking me to enter the SWIFT code, i added the code and the payment isn’t processed. (i have been using this card in upwork for more than 6 month)

Hi Abdallah,

 

It looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please contact your card-issuing bank for more information about the specific charge decline.
