payment not received

Hello dear upwork community,

 

I am a top rated freelancer from last couple of years. Usually once the withdrawal request is made payment arrives in bank account within a day. On 24th of june an automated withdrawal was initiated because I didnot made any payment request from last 3 months. I received an email from upwork saying your payment has been processed (usually this email arrives after receiving payment) but I have not received payment yet. I have raised a ticket on support but the communication is very slow. I am receiving one reply in 24 hours which is continuously saying to wait and wait. Kindly help me to rectify this matter as more than two weeks have been passed.
