Hi Gurkan,
I checked the job you are referring to and can confirm that there is no active milestone on this contract. I see that the last payment was released by your client on Feb 4th which was withdrawn from your Upwork account on Feb 8th. You can refer to the Transaction History page for more information.

Gurkan, there is no known issue faced by clients to fund the milestone. Please request your client to contact us directly in case they are facing any challenges while funding a milestone.
