i like to renew my membership and i cant because it renewed automatic so can anyone help me please

Hi Mohamed,

Freelancer Plus is a monthly subscription for $14.99 (USD). Your plan will be billed every month on the same date. The day you upgrade to a Freelancer Plus plan your billing cycle date is reset. Your Connects will refresh monthly according to this new billing cycle.

but my problem that i was have issues with my payment cards and i link anew one and wait to renew and you know that we havent here in upwork button to pay like buying anew connects

so my issue now is to renew by upwork.

Hi Mohamed,

In cases like this, it's best to allow up to 24 hours for your next billing cycle date to start and your membership to renew. You can find this date on your "Memberships and Connects" page under User Settings.

My cycle end at 3th March and today is 4 of march
