"Your completed tasks are under review"

Hello,

 

I recently got accepted/hired for a position which was 7 days ago. I was told by the person who hired me that my account would be under review to set up payroll through iWorkGlobal Upwork Payroll and that I would be contacted soon, however I have still yet to receive a response. The message that pops up on the position says I can reach out to Enterprise Customer Support if it's been longer than 3 days. I messaged the iWorkGlobal Upwork Payroll and didn't recieve a response as well. I would just like to know the time expectancy for my profile to be reviewed so I can start the project.

Hi Ivy, 


Looks like there's still enough time to complete the onboarding tasks. Once the team has reviewed your tasks, you should be given more information on how to proceed. You may read more about it here.

Hello team,

I received an offer but cannot start working until my account is verified.I accepted the offer on Saturday but the process is still onboarding and 33%.kindly help me with this so that I can start working immediately. Time is not on my side.

Hi Muhawe, 

I checked your account, and I can see here that two-thirds of the onboarding process is already complete. As stated on the offer, it will expire on 22-January, 2022. 

Are you required to start working already?

Hello I was told that I should begin working within 7 days else the offer

At the moment, your pending tasks are completed. Once the pending tasks from the client side are completed as well, your contract will active.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to follow up directly with your client regarding your contract. Thank you.

It does seem to take a ridiculously long time for these reviews to be conducted, and often the Upwork liaison doesn't respond to messages from the freelancer or the client for days on end. There needs to be an overall review of the customer service reps who are assigned to Enterprise clients, because it's just not right that they get worse customer service than basic clients do. I'm in discussions with an Enterprise client right now and reluctant to even accept the project, because I have no idea whether delays on Upwork's side will completely mess up my work schedule.

I checked the project that you're referring to and it looks like you aren't required to complete the tasks at the moment.  You will be notified when you can complete them and can start working.

Yes, if you don't have any onboarding tasks that you need to complete on your end please wait for the contract to be reviewed by our team.

Thx, Andrea! but how long i need to wait? And do i need to complete such a tasks like: 
Talent quastionnaire? - because i don't know what is it...

W-9/W-8BEN Information - was done along time ago

And thei status are not required, does it mean that i don't need to do them?
