requested payment 15 days ago... and nothing, is this normal?

Hi! so i was working with a client but the client went unresponsive, i already finished the work she requested and i requested payment on Jan 1. 

sooo its Jan 16 now, it is said that by Jan 15 it will be released, I saw this happening to some other people as well in 2022, is it possible that it is happening to me as well?

Did you see the part at the bottom of your screenshot? If you submit the work, you will be automatically paid.

It's the 15th in the U.S. where Upwork is based. It will take another day or so for the funds to be released.
