“send for 4 connects” button is grayed out

Hello!  I cannot submit a proposal in the app. The "send for..." button is grayed out and I am unable to submit.

Check to see if its related to the clients location and/or time zone preferences.  There is an ongoing issue with this.

I have the same problem send for 12 connects greyed out  not sure why and no answers as to how to resolve it
