Made a transfer of money from upwork to my Bank and they did not come. My Bank writes: you made a currency transfer to the details for replenishment in currency (SWIFT transfer). In order that we could consider your situation, it is required to request from the sender the check of replenishment or SWIFT sheet. How can I get these documents ?
