two computers

I work from two computers. One laptop PC at my desk and another I travel with, a MAC. I work mostly from the MAC but when trying to login to the PC , i get wrong user email and password. Just logged in to MAC with same infor and of course it pulled right up. WHY can't I login in to my PC at home?
