Hi ! Can you please help me. I already configured my account to PUBLIC but still my employer cant access my account. Also, even my username and account name is not searchable to the. please assist me. I badly needed to fix it right now.
I think something is wrong with your account.
When I click on your link and try to go to your profile I am shown a message:
"This freelancer has restricted profile access to oDesk users only."
This is what I see even when I make sure that I am logged in to oDesk, even when I switch to my client profile.
You will probably need direct customer support intervention for this.
on the top right corner of your screen when you log into oDesk... there is an icon showing a white question mark in a circle.
Clicking on that reveals a drop-down menu. Click on "Help and Support."
This will take you to the oDesk Help Center.
There is a big green button near the top on the right hand side. It says "Submit a Request."
Click on that and you will be provided with a dialog box with which you can submit a help ticket.
Do that, and then wait. It may take a few days to receive a response.
(There really is no "calling" oDesk on the phone, by the way.)
