Being Top Rated status does come with some benefits which you can read about in detail here. However please note that you do not need to have a Top Rated badge in order to win jobs. Continue updating your profile and sending well-written proposals to jobs that are a perfect match for your skillset. If you meed the requirements in the article I mentioned, then Top Rated states will be applied to your profile automatically.
