A 73% client recommendation rating is quite poor; I don't understand how you've been able to maintain a 100% JSS up until this point? Normally, a person's recommendation rating and JSS would be similar.

Aline, I don't know you, I never hired you, so I have no idea about how you actually work.

But by just looking at the reviews you keep getting, it starts to look like there might be some level of confusion about what you promise to deliver. Some people give you 1 star on communication and availability, which should be quite alerting.

It's OK to be busy but it's not OK to let clients down by not answering their inquiries within a day, max two.

Why is it that almost half of your clients don't want to leave any review? So you close the contract yourself on a regular basis?

Could you stretch just a little to make sure each client is super-happy with your work and click 10 in the private review of 1-10 when happily closing the contract?

Maybe throw in just a little extra for each of the next clients to make sure they are happy with every aspect of your work?
