Issue with Profile status. Profile is showing "OFFLINE" offline status

Some users may experience issues with the Profile status showing as OFFLINE.

I am facing an issue regarding my UpWork profile. I am available and online most of the time but on my UpWork profile, it shows a grey circle instead of green which means I am unavailable but I am always online on there. It is known bug. You are green now, just cannot see it.
