Agency account pops up whenever I try to use my credits

I made an Agency account for my LLC and it's connected whenever I try to submit a proposal. I'll be looking at jobs with my freelancer profile and go to submit a proposal, then it will switch to the agency profile. It will ask if I want to pay. I have credits available as a freelancer or do I have to pay no matter what with an agency profile?

It looks like you're an Exclusive member of your agency, which is why you're seeing this. If you wish to submit proposals via your individual freelancer account, you will have to update your membership by going to Settings > Members and Permissions.
