The jobs that are closed move to archived proposals. 

Should those proposals with withdrawn or what should be done?

Is there a chance of hire or what is the right step in that case?

Hi Jaya,

Archived proposals usually means that the job has been closed or it has expired. I would recommend to keep an eye on your active proposals only if you would like to follow the activity on the job.
