Bank not found even if Swift Code is correct (Mexico)

Hi. When I write or copy/paste the correct Swift Code for my bank, it says Bank not found even if this is the correct code. I confirmed now with the bank and also I have used this one for international wire transfers.

What can I do? "Contact Support" leads to no answers.
