Beneficiary name is changed after government ID verification and unable to connect my PayPal account

Hi,

I have my UpWork account which is verified via government ID, I realized that after verification my name on UpWork has been changed to Waqas H. instead of Waqas Hanif. When I am trying to connect my PayPal account it does not allow me to connect and giving error as name is different. However, my name on PayPal is exactly same as Waqas Hanif.

If anyone can assist it would really appreciated
