Hi, I am new to Upwork.

As I said above, Can I change my PC for better web camera and performance ?

And Can I change my internet access point(wifi) for high internet speed (I think my ip address will be changed).

Please let me know what I can do and what I do not have to do.

Yeah, sure you can.

you just have to make sure you are the only one using the new computer to access upwork.

You can use any computer to access Upwork.  Anyone else can also use your computer to access Upwork as long as that person doesn't use your account.

Just load the time tracker onto your new computer and you're ready to go.  Upwork doesn't care.

I would like to confirm what Mary has shared. Please know that you should be able to share your laptop/desktop computer with anyone. However, sharing your Upwork account is against the Upwork Terms of Service, and I would recommend against it. 

Regarding changing your computer, and wifi, this should be fine, and will not violate anything in Upwork's ToS. If the team finds the need to clarify some information with you regarding your account, they will reach out to you directly through an email.
