Can Upwork folks help research a specific company by name?

Hi, 

Am new to upwork.  Can upwork freelancers help research a specific company by name, though I do not know details of the company other than its name (where/whether LLC is incoporated, etc).    Do upwork folks have Lexis Nexis accounts to use?   

Wondering if freelancers can help, and how would this be paid if in their searching cannot find any information of the company (as I've done via google, etc.)

Hi Ed, if you need help with this I would suggest you create a job posting, just make it a fixed fee for finding said information and when the job is finished pay the freelancer.
