Client reaching back after job flagged and removed

Hi I have a client reaching back after I flagged job and it was removed by upwork for to not abiding to upwork's terms. Recently client messaged me on upwork's platform that I passed assesment tests and am due payment of 2hours. 

How do I handle this? The client has not put job in offer slot... Can you assist and resolve my payment for paid test as NDA stated by client.
