Communication with Upwork.

I actually want to communicate directly with somebody human at Upwork concerning issues I am having with completing my account but have not found a way of doing so.  Advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.  I'm trying to open an Upwork Account but, no matter how many times I insert my skills and save them, they don't show up and the system keeps telling me to insert my skills.  Kind of a system-based Groundhog Day problem, which is infuriating and highly frustrating!
