i am new here and i am still trying to make my profile. I read here and there things on the site of up work and on the community and i am confused.
1. The tests of i.e. english and other tests that upwork has for freelancers are obligatory? do i have to pay for them?
2. How (in detail)do they hire you?
Lets say someone wants to give me a project, i accept it. After what? what is the procces? how i get paid? Do i send them a receipt after i got paid? Is there an app or sth that counts the time i work? Will i find all these after i complete my profile?
