Dear Team,

One of my friend created a freelancer profile on Upwork. But after 3 weeks, she didn't get approval on her profile by Upwork.
Also she is trying to connect you & Upwork community but she was unable.

She is also unable to post her complaint on there, therefore I am posting her issue on behalf of her.

Please try to resolve her issue as soon as possible.

Why do you think her profile should be approved, when the category she wants to work in is already desperately oversubscribed and should be losing entry level profiles which bring no value to the platform, not adding more?

All new users need to pass the review process in order to start using their Upwork account. There's no issue and the message your friend received is a result of the review her profile went through.
