Elance merged account not showing up

On behalf of another member,  merged Elance account into upwork a few years ago .

However, all the work done including profile reviews on Elance seems to be gone now and user cannot login. Can this be fixed?  how to contact support?

Hi Saira,

Elance users had the chance to move their accounts to Upwork in 2016. You will not be able to access your Elance account anymore.
