Ending contract with remaining funds

Hello!

I already submitted my work and the client approves it. But didn't paid any milestones yet. Should I end the contract on my own? Would I still get paid with the remaining funds or should I inform the client to pay the milestones so he can end the contract?

There is $300 in escrow.

You may choose what to do next:

a) End the contract now. $300 will automatically go back to the client. You receive no money.

b) Wait. If the client does nothing at all, then all $300 in escrow will be released to YOU automatically (in 14 days).
