Getting started on Upwork can take a lot of work and focus. To help make this process a little easier, we’ve created this post where you can request feedback on your profile. The Community is full of experienced Upwork freelancers who are passionate about helping others. These users will review your profile and provide feedback based on their experience.

Hello Everyone!

I am relatively new on upwork. I have got verified and got some projects also. Later on, I applied on so many projects but didn`t get any interviews. Most of the clients are not internviewing or hiring anyone. Why is that? I applied to more than 130 jobs but couldn`t get any of that. Please review my profile and give suggestions.

Good to see you here. I have checked your profile. So your 1st duty will be to complete your profile with 100% score mentioned by Upwork. Then you should approve your profile through Upwork. Also you can add portfolio and project catelog in your profile. Then you can also add a testimonial from your previous emplyer. it will increase your client's trust level for you. That's it. Stella, that's a great start. Consider three suggestions: 1. In the overview section, focus on services you offer rather than personal attributes or qualities. 2. Add items to portfolio section. You have extensive experience in teaching field. A well-structured portfolio helps in showcasing your work. 3. Add testimonials from previous clients/employers.
