Getting issue with adding bank account

I have added my non us bank 6 days ago. But It is still showing not active.Can you please check this metter and let me know the issue

Hi Rohit,

In order for your withdrawal method to become active, you need to complete the W8BEN form. To do so, you can go to Settings > Tax Information. Please check out this help article for more information on the W8BEN form.
