Google Docs Link Sharing with New Proposal

I have prepared a service checklist on Google docs, that I will perform for the client.

I want to attach this link to the proposal(before hiring). Can I?

It doesn't have any contact info, logo or any past work reference. Just the checklist bit presentable.

Yes.

Your Google Doc has no contact info, and no way to find and contact out outside of Upwork. You can do that.
