I have been interviewed several times but never hired. The clients stopped responding and nevr assigned the task after getting all the details about rate or budget. Or some times they as ask to join other apps or provide contact number, which is against the terms and conditions of Upwork. 

What would be the best way to be get hired? Kindly assist.

One thing I noticed that your profile is set to private instead of public. This means that any potential clients won't be able to view your profile. Otherwise, it just takes persistence. Write a customized proposal for each job, and apply for jobs that are best suited to your skill set.
