Help Needed with Registering Tax Information [RFC]

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to register my tax information, but I've encountered a problem. My taxpayer identification number (RFC) has 13 characters, while the form on the website only allows a maximum of 12 characters.

I've already contacted the support team, but unfortunately, I haven't succeeded.

Has anyone else faced this issue or knows how to resolve it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If your RFC has 13 characters and the form only accepts 12, it’s likely a mismatch between individual and business RFC formats. Try entering just the first 12 characters or adding a zero at the end. If this doesn’t work, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
