Hi I closed a job I put up as I just had so many amazing people apply I was finding the decision hard enough and wanted to close it and then decide who to go with.
I now want to message the people on my shortlist but cannot find a way to be able to message them.
I also wanted to message everyone just to say thank you for applying.
Any ideas? Or does the job have to be LIVE for me to be able to message people?
