How to delete my account and create a new account wih same email id?

Hi, I have an account on Upwork. I didn't update my account so a long time. It's just a simple account, not any detailed information. Can I close this account and create a new account? Is there any problem If I close this account and create a new one? Because I think, now I really want to work as a seller on Upwork. Please give me some advice on it.

Yes, you are only allowed one account

In addition to not being allowed as Sophie told you, why close it?
Simply update the account you already have with whatever documentation (presentación, foto, historial laboral, estudios, etc...) you have and you're done.
