How to get rid from an unverified billing project?

I had gotten an hourly project in my jobs since October 22, 2019. This client's billing method was unverified and Upwork suggested me not to deliver the work. But later on, the client vanished and Upwork marked this project "SUSPENDED".
Now, what can I do to get rid of this project? Also, please let me know would my job success rate better after this or not?
