Hello everyone!
I have a client that worked together on another platform.
But he sent an offer using my email before I create an Upwork account.
and then next created Upwork and did the needed stuff with the help of a friend (as he have already created an account a month ago)
In this case, is this a direct contract? if then, how does the service fee process?
And can I receive feedback from the client?
or Is this against the Upwork policy

Considering what you described and after checking your account, you did not initiate a Direct Contract with your client. The job you described was not completed on Upwork, and since you and your client know each other from outside the platform, that's okay.
