I can't scroll down, While editing my portfolio. I have cleared cache and cookies also.

I am unable to scroll down, when I use to edit my portfolio. When I change image soon after page got stuck and I am unable to scroll up or down. So I cant update new image. Please help!

Hi Veer,

 

What browser are you using? Just to confirm, did you try to log in via another browser to edit your portfolio as well? Thank you.

I have tried in both Chrome and mozilla.

I am having a hard time uploading projects on my upwork as I am unable to scroll after uploading images.

Could you please try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser? You can also try using a different browser. Feel free to message us if problems persist.

Hi Luiggi,

I have attached screen recording of the issue. I am unable to scroll down on portfolio page and this is obstructing me from filling out all fields and adding multiple items. Thank you for your help!

I am also facing a similar issue. I am using chrome as my browser and have cleared cache but I still cannot scroll down to fill other fields. What can I do to address this?
