I am unable to scroll down, when I use to edit my portfolio. When I change image soon after page got stuck and I am unable to scroll up or down. So I cant update new image. Please help!

I am also facing a similar issue. I am using chrome as my browser and have cleared cache but I still cannot scroll down to fill other fields. What can I do to address this?
