I cannot get a banner for dropbox promotion.

I start Upwork yesterday and I want to use dropbox promotion.

Upwork does not have notified me about this promotion banner in Messages never.

I have not use promotion before.

I could not get a notice with secret mode or deleting cathe or sub browser.

Yes, but my dropbox account over storage, I cannnot use dropbox.

So I have try this promotion before posting a job.
