I'm trying to post a job to find a worker, but Upwork only lets me get jobs. I don't know how to transition from a freelancer to a person looking for a worker. I need a writer but Upwork doesn't let me

The issue is you have created a freelancer profile. I don't know about turning a freelancer profile into client profile, but I know you can be both a freelancer and a client with the same account. Here is how to do it.

You can be both a freelancer and a client on Upwork! You'll use the same account to log in to Upwork, but the two parts of your account will be kept entirely separate.
