I am having issues getting my identification verified. I signed up with a different name and switched it to my real name some days later, but the verification process is still requiring me to provide documentation for the name I signed up with. I have restrictions on my account until I can get this problem solved.

I am having the same issue. My sign up name doesnt match my ID. This after having issues geting the system to recognize my id.
