Legitimate Client?

I've gotten two of these in response to my proposals. They looked different from one another but I believe they had the same content pretty much word for word aside from the entry code. I'm brand new to Upwork. My guess is these aren't legitimate, but I wanted to get thoughts from those more experienced. Thank you!
