Make title of the profile

I have two profiles, one is general and one is a specialized profile. should I make the same title for the two profiles or make a different title. if make different title, then what benefit may I get??

The purpose is to differentiate what skills you offer into more detail. Having the same title on 2 specialized profiles makes no sense, you don't need to specialize then.
