Mobile apps not showing notifications

Greetings,
Can Someone pls explain to me why i have not been receiving notifications from my upwork mobile mobile app, i have diabled my battery optimization, i checked my upwork notifications settings, the problem still persists.
Is there any solution to that? Any help will be appreciated,
