My identity verification process is stuck on "Choose how to continue on a mobile device"

Hello, I am new to this platform. I just secured my first job and immediately got notified to verify my identity. I followed the link which takes me to the page where it asks to scan a qr code or receive a text. When scanning the QR code, it keeps taking me to tha exact page and asks me to choose. When I select text message, it says that I have exceeded the maximum number of text messages. I am stuck in the process and I need urgent help Please

Hi, I am having the same issue.

at the beginning I could not buy connects because I wasnt verified yet. they Asked to upload my document ID and then they approved it and everything but I am still not able to get my "verified" badge on my profile and I really need it because I am new to this and I need to make sure potential employers know that I am legit and reliable freelancer.
