My photo not showing and placed with default thumb.

Hi, I have just created upwork account.

I can see my photo in my profile page, but at top right corner, it shows default gray colored thumb.

How to solve this?

It is showing fine for me 🙂

You may want to try a different browser, several people have had that issue. I had it on Firefox but "refreshing" Firefox fixed it for me.
