NOT NEW HERE, still STRUGGLING to get new contracts !

First, I would like to thanks to Upwork platform, they gave me many opportunity to stand here and always will be. But from sometime, It is tough to get new contract, if you have any reasons, ideas, suggestions anything, I would like to know about it. Also, If you have any suggestions regarding changing some details in Profile, I'll be thankful.
